This is not the most original dish but it sure is tasty. Lightly stir-fried tempeh in olive oil, with fresh tomatoes, and mushrooms in a bit of good balsamic. The tomatoes have that amazing pop in your mouth goodness. That is the HOT part. Atop a whole bunch of fresh romaine lettuce, the COLD part obv. Seasonings were salt and pepper and italian seasoning blend. It was easy and very tasty for my hectic day.
I modeled at Amherst College today, have a private pilates session AND...have a date with my first vegetarian tonight!. The guy I met at tailgating whose brother is a vegan! Amazing, we're gonna get beers and what not at this wicked hippie/trendy beer joint called The Moan and Dove, near Hampshire College. They have HUGE barrels of peanuts in their shells you can take as you please, gota love that. Wish me luck MoFos, not with the peanuts, but with the man ;)

A veggie date - awesome! You know what they say about veggie men and stamina...
And your tempeh looks so good! I always overthink it with tempeh because I'm so used to preparing tofu - so thanks for the simple but delish idea!
