MoFo Pasta Bake

Back to the MoFo blogging! I think I have 4 posts to go after this one. I'll get there, promise!

This is a pasta bake clearly: Organic whole wheat pasta spirals baked with home-made sauce, some tofu, soy chorizo, stir-fried onions and mushrooms. LOTS of spices, and nooch on top. Yummo, make sure to add in cumin and cinnamon, the flavors POP! I baked it for about 20 minutes on 350, with the cooked pasta and stir-fried veggies.

Dinner was some pasta bake, simple salad with balsamic, and tuscane pane bread with earth balance. Soo good paired with organic red wine.

Friday night meeting Jesse Malin before his concert. I go to this venue The Iron Horse which has soo many good concerts, downtown Northampton, at least once a week. But it always pays off to pretend you're looking for the bathroom and fall into the artist in his dressing room ;) Great show, if you don't know him check him out, HE EFFING ROCKS!

Another beautiful day in the Happy Valley, across my street a hot air balloon landing late afternoon!

I was good this weekend for all of you that thought I crossed over to the dark side and became a thief from my previous post. Happy Sunday MoFos!

No more breaking the law? How am I supposed to live vicariously through you now? :)

That pasta bake looks so fantabulous! We had a pasta bake last night but it did not look nearly as yummy as yours!

That guy reminds me of Criss Angel, and you're too cute!! :)

I love pasta/tofu bake, especially in the Autumn!
How cool that you saw the hot air balloon so close to your house.
You and Jesse look very cozy together!

I always forget about pasta bake! Yum! Good tip about accidentally finding yourself backstage and not in the bathroom, too! I need to go to more shows. A few months ago I went to see Linda Strawberry and met her and got a picture with her. I'm still excited about it! haha
